AV Group Associate Partner (18+ years) – Led 20+ institutional-grade investment strategies across emerging markets, structuring multi-million-dollar programs that attracted both private institutional and sovereign capital. Specialized in complex real asset development, foreign direct investment structuring, and public-private partnerships—delivering the sophisticated deal architecture and regulatory navigation expertise that institutional investors require when entering emerging markets like Thailand.
Regional PMO Director – Directed large-scale investment operations for 700k population region (North Ossetia-Alania, Russia), leading sovereign-level project teams through complex regulatory frameworks, structuring multi-sector investment portfolios, and attracting global institutional capital. This government-level experience provides critical insight into navigating emerging market regulatory environments and executing large-scale real estate developments within complex political and administrative structures.
As Chairman of the Board at ANCOR—one of Eastern Europe and Asia’s largest HR and outsourcing companies—Pavel led strategic expansion initiatives and operational improvements that strengthened the firm’s regional market position and enhance government relationships.
Pavel holds a Law degree from the State University of Management in Moscow and has received professional recognition for his strategic leadership capabilities. His track record spans both advisory and principal investment roles, giving him comprehensive expertise in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder investment environments across emerging markets.
